1. Return Eligibility
We only accept return requests within the first 3 hours of delivery.
- Returns are allowed only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- After 3 hours from delivery, returns will not be accepted for any reason.
2. Refund Process
- If your return request is approved, the balance amount after a ₹300 deduction for shipping charges will be credited back.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
3. How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Returns due to size, fit, or change of mind are not accepted. Please check our size guide before purchasing.
- Any return requests made after 3 hours of delivery will be rejected.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
ViralBlues is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please contact the carrier for further assistance.
